With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked as an aerobics instructor, Pilates and yoga teacher, gym instructor, and personal trainer. I’m passionate about helping people improve their fitness, strength, and mobility, with a strong focus on correct form and technique. My goal is to support clients in building a solid foundation that leads to lasting results.”

“I am passionate about helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I enjoy combining cardio and bodyweight resistance training, while adapting my approach to meet each client’s individual needs. I’ve also completed additional training to better support pregnant and post-natal clients.”
